About Firefly's Services:
Service
All sessions are telehealth and conducted via HIPAA-compliant video conferencing through Simple Practice. Initial intake sessions last 60 minutes. Individual sessions after intake are 53 minutes.
Insurance
In-network providers for: Premera, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Kaiser, Regence, and First Choice. Please contact your insurance company to verify the individual fee, deductible, and copay. Cash rate is $___.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours or earlier of the appointment that needs to be cancelled. Please contact me via email or the client portal to cancel or reschedule. No-show appointments are charged the full amount.
