Heather Malone, LSWAIC​​

I completed my MSW at the University of Washington and my MA in Russian language at Middlebury. My pronouns are she/her, and I identify as a member of and ally with the 2SLGBTQIA+ community by offering to write transition letters after only 1 session for no additional cost.

My approach is client-centered to meet you where you are and trauma informed to work through triggers. I focus on methods for increasing mindfulness and improving communication. I tend to be direct and enjoy researching outside of sessions how to tailor my knowledge to relationships uniquely. I enjoy offering an email review of the session, as desired, as a visual reference of what was discussed during session.

Outside of the practice, I enjoy baking breads, running, yoga, the art of Bonsai, and table-top games to include DnD.
