My approach is focused on your goals we develop together. We may work to understand a diagnosis, explore changes in identity, or learn new methods of mindfulness. Therapy should be a safe place to define yourself and your individualized needs.
My main methods include: CBT, MBSR, and Motivational Interviewing. I specialize with individuals or couples facing life transitions.
